How do I move my clients to the new Bill.com?
From your firm’s Bill.com Accountant Console, Administrators will be prompted to move each client organization to the new Bill.com experience upon logging in to their account. It’s that simple. All firm and client data, settings, activity, and sync capabilities will still be there.
Who can move clients to the new Bill.com?
Only Console Administrators. Clients and those without Console Admin privileges will not be able to move organizations to the new Bill.com. If you have dozens of client organizations you would like to move all at once, let us know and we can make it happen for you.
Is there a deadline for moving to the new Bill.com experience?
Firms should move clients to the new experience as soon as possible to benefit from the ease of use and new features, and to familiarize staff and clients with the new experience. We will notify you in late 2019 when we will automatically begin to migrate all clients to the new Bill.com experience if you have not already done so on your own.
What if I change my mind and want to use the current version of Bill.com?
We feel that you’ll love the new Bill.com because of the speed and simplicity it offers you and your clients in addition to brand-new, innovative features. However, you may contact Customer Support to request a temporary switch back to the “classic” version of Bill.com.
