If the Expert or Guru Accountant Training application isn't working for you, here are some troubleshooting tips to help get things up and running.
Running the application
If these are installed but you still have a problem, try these steps:
- Clear the history/cache in your browser
- Restart your computer
- Relaunch the training again
Problems in the application
If you are successfully running Traincaster but there is a problem with one of the courses, click the link at the bottom of the screen "Click Here for Assistance" to send us an email. Please describe the problem in detail so we can investigate the issue for you.
