If the Expert or Guru Accountant Training isn't working for you, here are some troubleshooting tips to help get things up and running.
To use the training application, you will need the latest version of Flash installed and activated in a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
If you still have a problem, please try a different browser.
Steps to access the training
- Log in to your Bill.com Console account
- Hover over Training and click Advanced
- Click the link that reads Start the Bill.com Expert Training
- In the learning center, click the Training tile to access the Expert or Guru training
