Will my staff be billed as users when they work on my clients' accounts?

This is a benefit of the Accountant Program - your staff can work on your clients' accounts without additional cost to you or your client.  

If you set up a user on your Console and then add that same user to your client's account, the system will recognize that user from your Console and the client user fee will be waived.

  • Be sure to add the user in Console first before adding them to the client account.
  • The user's email must match in both accounts.
