When you are logged into any account, click Support ​at the bottom of any page to access the Support Center. You can ask questions via chat, email, or by requesting a phone call-back. Click the question mark icon at the top of this page to open the Support Center. Click the email icon at the top of this page to send us an email.

How do I add a marketer from our firm to the Console so they can access the Accountant Resource Center?

Console Administrators can add staff from your firm's marketing team as a Team Member to the Console.

(Team members can only see the training tab and Accountant Resource Center link.)

Once folks have been added as Team Members, click on Accountant Resource Center to access the Accountant Resource Center.
