Etienne Consulting

Our passion is helping organizations and businesses, large and small, wherever they are along their journey to #FearlessInclusion. We focus on belonging, where everyone can safely show themselves fully and authentically. The goal is to foster an inclusive environment where diversity is more than noticed – but also valued, measured and appreciated.

We offer D&I Consulting, Training & Coaching.

  •  Consulting: Our approach is people-centric, offering skills, tactics and strategies to drive meaningful change. We help companies foster a culture of belonging.
  • Training: We offer presentations, seminars and workshops focused on understanding the connection between unconscious bias (habits & perceptions) and non-conscious communication (words, actions & behaviors). Our goal is to connect self-awareness and intention as a framework for building interrupting old habits to develop new perspectives and foster deeper connections. Inclusion happens when people can connect across difference and engage with curiosity, trust and authenticity to build mutual respect, appreciation and understanding. Our programs are interactive and offer a mix of tools, tactics, opportunities for reflection and group exercises to help participants develop the ability to make conscious choices in real-time so that their words, actions, behaviors and decisions are intentional and values-driven. The goal is for participants to strengthen their workplace relationships.
  • Coaching: We help executives, business leaders and entrepreneurs to help them improve relationships, team performance and interpersonal effectiveness by honing their self-awareness in real time so they are better positioned to achieve their goals – for themselves, their teams and their organization.
