BILL Spend & Expense can be a unique software to implement for a client. While clients will be spending on cards, uploading receipts, and working with the software day to day, there are different levels of participation available to your firm in the management and administration of the account. The model you follow will be determined by your firm’s workflows and your clients’ unique needs. You might use the same model for all clients or use different models for different clients. You might also find that you move a client from one model to another as they become more self-sufficient in the platform.
